Hey babes, we’re back with another highlight! So, today we are showing love to the ever so chic Ashley Griffin of The Inspired i! I discovered her page on Instagram, and immediately felt connected to her. And throughout this process, she was so gracious to give us an intimate look into her inspiration for starting this blog. “I have loved the art of dressing and expressing myself sartorially since I was a little girl. Launching The Inspired i was a convenient avenue to share this deep passion with a bigger audience than just my family and friends in hopes that someone other than them might actually care about what I have to share ha! My 9-to-5 grind in the corporate marketing world is a career that I genuinely love and have been so fortunate to build with notable brands like Neiman Marcus Group and Omni Hotels & Resorts. I feel even more fortunate because my career has a way of fueling me creatively for The Inspired i and vice versa—projects that I work on and people I meet along the way for Tii serve as a real life mood board for various projects at my 9-to-5.”
Wow, as a marketing student who aspires to work in the corporate fashion industry, this really hits home for me! And she has even greater things in store for us: “Last year I did a complete re-branding of The Inspired i and was so excited to roll out a new logo and blog site. This year I’m continuing to make improvements and bring an even better layout to my online family this fall. I’m also currently prepping for my favorite time of year – New York Fashion Week! It will be a packed trip of shows and presentations, but I always feel so full from the energy radiating through the city during this time.
